Microsoft released in April 2009 Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM Solution Accelerators. These 8 Solution Accelerators are available at no cost, free to download, and designed exclusively for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 4.0.

The current release of Accelerators for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM includes the following:
- Analytics - Analyze data and act strategically - Extends business intelligence for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 4.0 delivering sales, service and operations dashboards & scorecards and data visualization
- eService – Deliver superior multi-channel service 24 x7 - A self-service portal that fully integrates into Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM customer service, so your customers can view and edit their personal information, open a service case, search for a solution, and schedule services in a time frame that meets their needs
- Enterprise Search - Provide the right information to the right people - Find, view, and act on CRM data more easily across the enterprise using Web-based search tools in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server while maintaining data security and integrity
- Event Management - Capture end-to-end event data & leads and report on event ROI - Allows organizations to seamlessly set up, manage and optimize events and then effortlessly capture and track all responses and leads from those events to maximize revenue opportunities
- Extended Sales Forecasting - Manage and grow pipeline - View and classify sales opportunities more easily. Managers can track sales targets, budgets, and performance against forecasts over any desired time period, enabling them to understand their sales pipeline more clearly and make better-informed decisions
- Sales Methodology - Track and exceed sales projections, grow revenue - Enables customizations and guidance on integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with leading sales methodology solutions from Target Account Selling (TAS), SPI Solution Selling and Miller Heiman
