Meet the RSM McGladrey Team

Steve Ems has served as Managing Director of RSM McGladrey 's Philadelphia Technology Business Consulting Practice for over 9 years. Prior to that time, Steve owned and managed a consulting company focused on the implementation of Great Plains software (now known as Microsoft Dynamics™ GP) and multiple Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM applications. In 17 years of working with these applications, Steve has managed many large implementations which required significant staff resources, extensive documentation and high quality deliverables. He is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, overseeing staffing, scheduling, and quality control.

Charlie Riess , MBA, is a Director in the New York Office of RSM McGladrey Inc. Charlie has over thirty years experience in the planning, evaluation, development and implementation of financial and management information systems. He has a diverse industry background with particularly strong experience in manufacturing/distribution, not-for-profit, and professional services. He worked in private industry for over six years and held the position of Assistant Vice President Finance for a manufacturing company before entering the consulting profession. Charlie has been published in several professional and trade journals and is a frequent seminar speaker. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the ePhilanthropy Foundation and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Michele Juliana is the Director of Business Development for Microsoft Dynamics™ GP with 10+ years experience selling and managing financial systems implementations, including business process review, discovery, and project management. Working with RSM McGladrey 's Philadelphia Technology Business Consulting Practice for over 8 years, Michele's experience also includes positions in higher education, corporate finance, state government and non-profit organizations. Michele's areas of industry specialization are government, non-profit, professional services, and distribution.

Hans Wulczyn is the Solutions Delivery Manager in RSM McGladrey 's Dynamics™ GP practice. Hans has implemented Microsoft Dynamics™ GP for almost 20 years in a wide variety of organizations including nonprofit and governmental entities, as well as many commercial organizations with complex business requirements. Hans is a strong project manager and highly respected consultant, familiar with all aspects of the software. Hans is certified in the Microsoft Dynamics™ GP Financials, Project Accounting, and Distribution modules.

Pat Smith is a Customer Account Manager bringing over 20 years experience in implementing and supporting accounting and business management software. Pat manages our existing client team and is responsible for all our clients in the Northeast Region. After graduating from Shippensburg University, Pat worked as an accountant for large, international electronics manufacturing firm before moving on to Ernst & Young and receiving her CPA. She then joined Laventhol & Horwath, a national accounting and consulting firm, managing their information technology consulting group. Her team was responsible for the selection and implementation of accounting software systems for the firm's clients, as well as the development of internal hardware and software systems. In 1993, she separated from the firm with her business partner to form Accounting Solution Plus, a consulting firm dedicated to the sales and support of automated accounting and business management systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics™ GP. After ten years of successful operation, Pat merged the business into RSM McGladrey . Pat has extensive experience in many industries including healthcare, non-profit entities, professional services and distribution.

Tammy Zeoli specializes in customer relationship management (CRM) processes and technology at RSM McGladrey . Tammy has over ten years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM systems, and has experience in many industries including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and public sector. She has worked on small to large projects that range from a basic system deployment to heavily customized systems. As the Business Development Manager for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM, Tammy helps clients to assess their business processes, seeking opportunities to streamline workflow. Tammy educates client teams on how to leverage Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM technology to improve effectiveness and support management in making decisions. She will work with you to design the system and utilize workflow to support your needs and future direction.

Bob Kanzler is the Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM Project Manager and lead Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM consultant. He comes to RSM McGladrey with 15 years of business analysis and development experience. His recent development experience revolves around the Microsoft development suites, which include SQL Server, Visual Studio.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services. His Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM experience is comprised of Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM web services, customizations, reports, customized queries, and integration. Bob is a graduate of West Chester University in West Chester, PA. During his career, Bob has developed applications for the transportation intermodal industry, retail, education (including special education), leasing and financial industry, as well as insurance. Prior to coming to RSM McGladrey , Bob was responsible for all intranet applications for a medium sized insurance company. During that time he was recognized with the 'World Class Customer Service Award'.

Pani Murthy is the Director of Programming Development for Microsoft® Office SharePoint® Server. His collective experience includes developing high performance business applications in client-server and n-tier environments, and the design and re-engineering of business systems. He is adept in all aspects of application development with particular focus to teamwork and standardization of development methodologies. Well-versed in n-tier architecture and object oriented programming methodologies, his responsibilities are to steer the development methodologies and align client’s business direction with technology. Pani explores for businesses new opportunities in technology and provides consistent ways to adopt these technologies in development environments used internally.
